Within ten minutes the fragrance becomes what it really is: lavender and vanilla, entwined so tightly that neither dominates. The lavender is the soft, sweet, almost candied kind rather than the sharp herbal version, and praline and cacao sit underneath adding a dry chocolate-nougat quality that gives the sweetness texture instead of just sugar.
