The Founder's Story
Kazi Abdul Haque founded Al Haramain Perfumes near the holy mosques in Makkah, inspired by the oud aroma of the city. The name "Al Haramain" derives from the two holy mosques (Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi). Starting as a traditional Arabian perfumer, Al Haramain grew into one of the most established Middle Eastern houses, combining heritage oud-and-amber compositions with modern Western-inspired clones like L'Aventure.
Heritage & Timeline
1970: Al Haramain Perfumes founded near the holy mosques in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Amber Oud becomes a signature oriental fragrance. L'Aventure launches as an Aventus-inspired composition, gaining international recognition. Factory established in Ajman, UAE. 2025/26: Showrooms across UAE, KSA, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, and USA. Positioned across both heritage Arabic oriental and Western clone segments.
